Rory is the orc bartender and proprietor of the Ragged Flagon, a makeshift tavern in the King’s Tourney campgrounds. He is a practical, no-nonsense host who keeps prices low and expectations lower—his house ale is terrible but effective, and he does not clean up after anyone. Source: 2026.05.19.

• An orc running a bar is an uncommon sight in this part of the Crownlands. He seems very comfortable and experienced behind the bar.
• House ale runs 1 silver piece per flagon. Cheap, gut-rumbling, and warm.
• His only house rule: “Don’t get into any fights. I don’t like to clean up.”
• He asked Cassian and the party what brought them to the tourney and what bout they were entered in, and seemed genuinely interested.
• His establishment draws common folk, salt-of-the-earth festival-goers, and tournament participants—not the noble houses.
